Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the final quarter of the 2010s. Aleesha Young was born 1984 to a sporting family. Her father was a bodybuilder alongside her sisters and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she began fitness at 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she began competing, it was in the year 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was ranked ninth. The finish she achieved was 9th for 2015. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha was ranked 6th in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships.
